Kevin W. Gardiner

Kevin Gardiner is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with a robust background in representing clients across a broad spectrum of criminal cases. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. During his time in law school, Kevin showcased his legal acumen as a member of the prestigious Moot Court Team and gained valuable experience interning at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.

Upon graduation, Kevin began his legal career at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where he dedicated himself to defending the rights of the accused. Over his tenure there, he handled thousands of cases, ranging from misdemeanor DUI's to serious felonies, including sex offenses and crimes punishable by life imprisonment.
